Once you are pre-approved I can set you up with your very own App. Searching is at your fingertips directly from the MLS it updates every 15 minutes. I will educate you on the contracts and will negotiate with your best interest in mind. Discussing with you each step of the way.  Understanding that this process can be a bit challenging. Take a deep breath you have a professional on your side. I will communicate with you throughout each step of the process answering questions along the way. You will find that one of my strong points is communication. Knowing what is happening in each part of the process is my commitment to you.  Having an expert and solid negotiator is key. Once an offer is accepted, the party gets started but there is still work to be done. I will navigate with you through all the next steps of earnest money, inspections, appraisals, objections, lender requirements, title and closing. The party really starts on closing day!
